Is Blackberry Losing Ground in 2011?

I was looking at my favorite source of tech usage statistics and noticed something that seems to favor Apple's iOS at the expense of Blackberry-based devices. Since this graph does not really distinguish between an iPhone, an iPod Touch or an iPad, still the trend seems to show that there are Blackberry users switching(?).

The following graphs show a considerable loss of Blackberry usage that seems proportional to the upward movements in favor of iOS and Android. Blackberry usage dropped 4% - 7% since December 2010 to January 2011 -- that's just in 2 months!

I have no proof of Blackberry users switching. Although, these graphs can be interpreted to start that theory. Note that these graphs do not separate smartphones from tablets and other devices using the OSes.

Shown below is the worldwide mobile OS usage. Observe Nokia's slight gain to start 2011.

Shown below is the US mobile OS usage.

Observe that there's a considerable iOS rebound starting from the holidays of 2010. Meanwhile, Android continues to rise at a steady pace.

Interesting, isn't it?

I can honestly say switching from Blackberry to iPhone was the best thing I ever did.
